What We're Looking For - 5+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps. - Advanced English is required. - Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required. - Hands‑on experience administering Databricks in AWS environments. - Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code at scale. - Deep familiarity with GitHub Actions or comparable CI/CD tooling. - Experience building reusable CI/CD frameworks (not just individual pipelines). - Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. - Deep understanding of distributed data processing and the Spark execution model. - Experience supporting DBT workflows and analytics engineering teams. - Strong understanding of SDLC best practices and multi‑environment promotion strategies. - Experience designing enterprise‑scale data platforms.
